DEDUPING

Deduping is the process by which duplicate records are removed from a database, spreadsheet or list.
This process can utilize one or more fields of data to indicate a unique record.

The Deduping process here at Eraserve AP is second to none, we can dedup by, but not limited to, Phone, Address, Zip5, First Name, Last Name or any combination therein. It does not matter if your Contact name is not split into First Name or Last Name, it does not mater if your Phone numbers is split into 3 parts. We have the capability to split fields ourselves.

Removing duplicate records will cut costs on your mailing campaigns by eliminating wasted materials, postage and wages needed. In some cases we can eliminate thousands of duplicates potentially saving our clients hundreds of dollars for a small fee.
