Merge/Purge

A merge purge is accomplished when you normalize the fields of two or more lists/databases and then join them together. Once the lists/databases are joined then the duplicates are removed from the new single list/database. This process of joining can also be undone if care is taken to key code each list/database prior to the process. To finish off this process it is wise to go yet a step further and perform Address and Delivery Point Validation.

 

Eraserve AP will keycode by default to ensure you can undo this process if the need should arise. Address Validation will also be performed after the Merge Purge at no cost.
